The Factor A MIP Ancillary File will be published monthly on the Disclosure Data Download page on the 5th business day of the month at 8:00AM EST as “factorAAnc_YYYYMM.txt”. The file layout for this file can be found on Ginnie Mae’s File Layouts and Sample Files for Disclosure Data Download Files.
The Ginnie Mae Factor “A” GII file contains data not found in the main Factor “A” GII file; namely, the “Percentage Missing”, “Original Aggregate Amount (OAA) of Reported”, “Remaining Principal Balance (RPB) of Reported”, and “Ancillary RPB Factor”.
