Ginnie Mae is providing ARM Reset Data spreadsheet files for Platinum WAC Pools; this is for February Monthly disclosure. Three files are attached, each containing 4 reset records:

• “Plat_WAC_ARM_Reset_784402MWK_Mon_Feb2018.xlsx” for Pool 784402 (February Monthly Portfolio)
• “Plat_WAC_ARM_Reset_784425MWL_Mon_Feb2018.xlsx” for Pool 784425 (February Monthly Portfolio)
• “Plat_WAC_ARM_Reset_784444MWK_Mon_Feb2018.xlsx” for Pool 784444 (February Monthly Portfolio)

This is a similar bulletin to the February 14th bulletin, which announced January Reset Data.

As a reminder, the February 20th bulletin announced the implementation schedule for the Platinum Enhanced file containing Reset Data for Platinum ARM pools (for both New Issuance and Monthly Disclosures).
