Ginnie Mae is announcing an enhancement to its Platinum Enhancement Disclosure File. This enhancement adds one record, the “A” record, to this file, and provides additional information regarding Platinum WAC ARM Interest Rate Reset data. This record is a “repeating” record type, with one “A” record for each adjustment period in the WAC ARM Platinum Pool and only applies to WAC ARM Platinum Pools. There are no changes to the “P”, “W”, or “Y” records.
This table provides the Implementation Schedule for Platinum Enhancement Disclosure File, Version 1.4. The layout for this version is attached, applies to both daily and monthly files, and will be applicable on April 1st, 2018.
