Ginnie Mae began Data Disclosure for Platinum WAC ARM pool disclosure data in December 2017 in the “Y” Record of the Platinum Enhanced Disclosure File. Since then two pools, 784402 (December New Issuance) and 784425 (January New Issuance), have been issued and disclosed.

In addition to the Platinum WAC ARM disclosure information in the “Y” Record, Ginnie Mae will begin disclosing Platinum WAC ARM Reset Change data, beginning with the January 2018 period. There will be one record for each reset period (change date), so a pool will have more than one reset records, one for each change date (e.g. April, July, October, January).

In the short term, Ginnie Mae will provide spreadsheet files for New Issuance and for Monthly disclosures. For January data, three files are attached, each containing 4 reset records:

• “Plat_WAC_ARM_Reset_784425MWL_NI_Jan2018.xlsx” for Pool 784425 (January New Issuance)
• “Plat_WAC_ARM_Reset_784402MWK_Mon_Jan2018.xlsx” for Pool 784402 (January Monthly Portfolio)
• “Plat_WAC_ARM_Reset_784425MWL_Mon_Jan2018.xlsx” for Pool 784425 (January Monthly Portfolio)

Ginnie Mae will provide a separate bulletin notice with an updated Platinum Enhanced Disclosure File Layout, including Platinum WAC ARM Reset data and its implementation schedule.
