Ginnie Mae is providing this bulletin to inform users of a change to one MBS New Issuance Pool, BP7264, in MBS Pool Level and Loan Level October New Issuance Disclosure files. In previous October 2019 “daily.txt” and “dailyll_new.txt” files, this pool (and related loans) were included in files published on the Disclosure Data Download page. Beginning with the files disclosed on Friday, October 11th, users should not expect this pool and the related loans to be disclosed.
