Ginnie Mae is announcing the publishing of additional REMIC Factor Tranche Data that was not included in the REMIC 2 Factor file, remic2_201910.zip, published to the Disclosure Data Download page on November 15th. The attached file, “remic2supp_201910.txt”, is a separate, one-time supplement to the REMIC 2 Factor file and contains 3026 records. The REMIC 1 Factor and REMIC 2 Factor files will not be republished; users should update their records accordingly.
