Ginnie Mae is providing updated disclosure records for 30 pools, due to servicer corrections. The January 2018 monthly Factor Files (Factors and Security RPBs) and the January 2018 monthly Loan Level Files are unchanged as previously posted on the Disclosure Data Download page. However, there are some changes in the pool level data previously posted for these 30 pools, in the MBS Portfolio (monthly_201801.zip), published on February 8th, 2018.

• For the attached pools, 87 loans at the pool level disclosure were processed as active status. The pool level disclosure for these 30 pools have been re-processed with the loans as liquidated status.

The updated pool information for the 30 pools is in the attached file, “monthly_201801_30pools_corr.txt”, using the Consolidated Disclosure File Layout, version 2.2. The January 2018 MBS Portfolio file will not be republished; users should update their records accordingly.
