Ginnie Mae is publishing a file of corrected Prospective Interest Rates for 930 HMBS pools that were previously reported in the Factor Files for the July Report Period (final Factor B2 file posted 6th BD of August) published to the Disclosure Data Download. These incorrect Rates were also posted in the Factor Files for August Report Period as the Pool Interest Rates (Field 9 final Factor B2 file posted 6th BD of September).

All RPBs, Factors, and Payment Amounts are correct as published, there are no changes.

The attached file in this update, is a separate, one-time file of corrected prospective interest rates and contains 930 records. The Factor B G II file will not be republished; users should update their records accordingly.
