Ginnie Mae is announcing the publishing of additional REMIC Factor Tranche Data that was not included in the REMIC 2 Factor file, “remic2_202412.zip", published to the Disclosure Data Download page on January 16th, 2025.  The attached file, “remic2supp_202412.txt​", is a separate, one-time supplement to the REMIC 2 Factor file and contains 9 records.  The REMIC 1 Factor and REMIC 2 Factor files will not be republished; users should update their records accordingly.
