Ginnie Mae is announcing the publishing of Additional Pool Transfer Data that was not included in the May 2024 MBS SF PORTFOLIO – POOL SUPPLEMENTAL file, “monthlySFS_202405.zip”, published to the Disclosure Data Download​ page on the 6th Business Day of June 2024. The attached file, “Bulletin_2024_033_Attachment.txt”, is a separate, one-time supplement to the May 2024 MBS SF PORTFOLIO - POOL SUPPLEMENTAL file and contains 2140 records. The file contains records in the Pool Supplemental Record Type “03” Pool Transfer Details Record format. The records provided in the attachment are only Transfer Type “2”, Regular; the Transfer Type “1”, PIIT (Pool Issued for Immediate Transfer) records were already provided in “monthlySFPS_202405.zip”. The May 2024 MBS SF PORTFOLIO - POOL SUPPLEMENTAL file will not be republished; users should update their records accordingly.
