​Ginnie Mae is announcing the republishing of REMIC 1 and REMIC 2 Factor files, "remic1_202405.txt" and "remic2_202405.txt" originally published to the Disclosure Data Download page on June 14^th and June 15^th. 

Ginnie Mae is announcing the republishing of additional REMIC Factor Tranche Data "remic2supp_202405.txt" posted to bulletin 2024-024 on June 18^th.  The attached file, "remic2supp_202405_1.txt", is a separate, one-time supplement to the REMIC 2 Factor file and contains 1771 records.  This revised file is posted to the Updates page.

Additionally, Ginnie Mae is announcing the publishing of additional REMIC Factor Tranche Data that was not included in the REMIC 2 Factor file, "remic2_202405.zip".  The attached file, "remic2supp2_202405.txt", is a separate, one-time supplement to the REMIC 2 Factor file and contains 2 records.  This file is posted to the Updates page.
