Ginnie Mae is announcing a data correction to 135 loan level records in the MBS Loan Level Monthly Portfolio Ginnie II file (see attachment for corrections). The corrections only apply to these fields in the November 2015 “llmon2_201511.zip” disclosure file, published here:

  • “L” Record, Field 14: Original Loan Term
  • “L” Record, Field 15: Loan Age
  • “L” Record, Field 16: Remaining Loan Term (Remaining Maturity)

The MBS Loan Level Monthly Portfolio Ginnie II file will not be corrected/republished; users should update their records accordingly.
