Correction to Credit Scores in 385 Pools

Ginnie Mae has processed Issuer-reported corrections to Credit Score values for 32,850 loans in 385 pools. The corrections may result in the following changes to files on the Data Disclosure Download page:

  • Pool Level Disclosure: Changes to previously-disclosed monthly pool weighted average Credit Score and/or Credit Score quartiles. See the MBS (Portfolio) file.
  • Loan Level Disclosure: Changes to previously-disclosed Credit Scores in Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) Loan Level files.

The Disclosure files released on the 6th Business Day of September will contain the corrections. See the attached file for pools that may be affected.
