Ginnie Mae is announcing an enhancement to the Disclosure Data Search. Effective immediately, users are able to search for a REMIC CUSIP and return REMIC tranche data and related deal documents. Users will also have access to the following deal documents:

• Announcements
• Final Data Statements
• Offering Circular Supplements
• Relay Files
• Factors History
• Floater Tranche Reset Rates

And to the following REMIC documents:

• Floater Reset Index Files
• Base Offering Circulars
• REMIC Downloads
• REMIC File Layouts

REMIC searches by series number and tranche, payment date and payment period and program type can be accessed from the Ginnie Mae REMIC Data Search page.
