Ginnie Mae is making the Ginnie Mae REMIC Data Search available on ginniemae.gov. This search function allows users to search for and download specific REMIC data by any of the following search criteria:
On February 1, 2017, the legacy REMIC search will be redirected to the REMIC Data Search on ginniemae.gov.
There is no change to the existing Multiclass REMIC download page on ginniemae.gov, which lists all REMIC documents by item, available for download.
