​​As previously announced in Disclosure bulletins of 6/24/2014 and 7/7/2014, Ginnie Mae is providing quarterly files for Pool Termination and Liquidated and Terminated Loans on the Data Disclosure Download page. The quarterly files will be in “.txt” format and not zipped (as were the one-time files). These first quarterly files will contain data from periods June, July, August, and September, 2014. Future quarterly files will contain three months of data (eg. liqloanqtr_201412.txt will contain data in periods October-December, 2014).
