Ginnie Mae is planning for the future replacement of the Consolidated Disclosure Files (daily.txt, nissues_YYYYMM.txt, and monthly_YYYYMM.txt), version 2.2. The attached layout provides the replacement details, including the purpose, structure and layout for the replacement disclosures.
While there is no announcement now about an implementation date for the new files or the availability of test files, these will be made available in a future Disclosure Bulletin. It is anticipated that Ginnie Mae will provide at least 3 months of transitioning from the existing CDD v 2.2 file to new Single Family Pool Level Disclosure file, by publishing both the existing and the replacement disclosure data.
Ginnie Mae is providing a two week period for comments and questions for this layout; all comments must be received by October 1, 2018. For comments, please send an email to investorinquiries@hud.gov. |
