Ginnie Mae is providing a minor layout correction to the Platinum Enhanced Disclosure File, version 1.4, provided on the Disclosure Data Download page. The layout correction relates to Field 8 of the “A” Record, Reset Percentage of RPB: the Remarks column is corrected from 9(2)v9(4) to 9(3)v9(3). The overall length of the “A” Record remains unchanged at 126. The corrected layout is attached with an updated version history for version 1.4.

In addition, to assist with the transition to use of the “A” Record, Ginnie Mae will continue publish Disclosure Bulletins with New Issuance ARM Reset Data and Monthly ARM Reset Data (see an example of a recent ARM Reset Data bulletin) through May 15th, 2018.
