In the 11/27/2017 Prospective MIP Disclosure File, D Record Format Bulletin, Ginnie Mae announced a test file for a separate, additional disclosure of the Prospective Multiple Issuer Pool Numbers. This file, named “test-DRecord_Prosp_MIP.txt,” has been available on the New Release Test File Download page.

On April 23rd, the test-DRecord-Prosp-MIP.txt file will become a production file, named “ProspMIP.txt,” and will be available on the Disclosure Data Download page. The “test-DRecord-Prosp-MIP.txt” file will be removed from the Test File Download page on that date. Note that there is no change to the existing “Prospective_MIP.txt” file.
