Ginnie Mae is enhancing the MBS Multifamily Database and MBS Multifamily Terminated Pools File layouts/content beginning in February 1, 2018. These changes will affect the following disclosures:

Pool Level

The following enhancements are being implemented for these disclosures:

• The Case number prefix was joined with the FHA Case Number and is now ‘Case_NO’ in the CSV file
• Initial Endorsement Date was added
• The sequence/order of certain fields was changed to:

Prepayment End Date
Initial Endorsement Date
Prepayment Description
Description of Non-Level Adjustment Period
Filler

• Four fields will be prefixed with an equal sign (“=”) in order to display leading zeroes. These fields are the Pool Number, Issuer Zip Code 1, Issuer Zip Code 2, and Case Number.

Test files for the Multifamily Database and Multifamily Terminated Pool Disclosures will be made available on the New Release Test File Download page the week of December 4, 2017.
