Beginning with the January 2025 MBS SF PORTFOLIO - POOL SUPPLEMENTAL file ("monthlySFS_202501.zip"), Ginnie Mae is updating the logic for Stratification Record 29, Rural Area.  This update may slightly increase the Rural Area concentration disclosed for a pool.  For existing pools, the Stratification 29 Number of Loans and UPB may increase slightly compared to previous periods, as a one-time change.
