As a follow-up to Disclosure Bulletin 2024-053, Ginnie Mae is providing a list of pools with blank WARM, WALA, WAOLT for November 2024 Reporting Period (Disclosure files posted 6th Business Day of December) due to servicer reporting problems with a relatively small number of Single Family loans, related to loan last payment date. At this time there are no plans to re-publish the disclosure files. See attached file: "Bulletin_2024-054_List.txt".
