As announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2020-057​, Ginnie Mae is making a minor revision to the existing LOAN LEVEL FORBEARANCE SUPPLEMENTAL Disclosure File. The only change is to the Forbearance Exit Code (“F” Record, Field 9). The attached layout, llmonforb_v1.1.pdf, replaces the layout version 1.1 from Bulletin 2020-057 and the provides the exit code values “1”, “2”, “3”, “4”, “5”, “6”, “7”, “8”, “9”, “U”, and “N”. These revised values reflect enhanced reporting from Ginnie Mae Issuers/Servicers. There is no significant file layout change to the file, just a change to the output value for the Forbearance Exit Code.

The implementation date for layout version 1.1 will be with December 2021 data, published on the 6th Business Day of January, 2022. The file is published on the Disclosure Data Download Files​ page.
