Ginnie Mae has made test files available for users to download and test HMBS Platinum Disclosures, as referenced in Disclosure Bulletin 2018-084. Two test files are now available on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page. The data in the test files includes eight HMBS Platinum pools and are as of June 2018. The files should be used for testing purposes only.
