The Ginnie Mae Factor B GII File, “factorB2_201801.zip”, published on February 8th, 2018 was incomplete, missing data for 758 pools. A one-time listing of the missing Pool IDs, Issue Type, and CUSIP IDs are in the attached text file, “Jan2018_FACTORB_GII_MissingPools.txt”. Ginnie Mae expects that a complete Factor B GII File will be made available by end of day today.
