Ginnie Mae is announcing the following Data Disclosure enhancements related to the Online Disclosure Search on its web site:

• Previously, Ginnie Mae provided one search page for MBS Pools and Terminated Pools and one search page for HMBS Pools. Now, a single search page includes MBS Pools, HMBS Pools, and Terminated MBS.
• Currently, if a Platinum Pool/CUSIP was entered, the search returned a limited set of information. The search is being enhanced to provide additional Platinum information. The added data fields displayed on the search screens will be consistent with the existing data in the Platinum Enhanced Files’ “P” and “W” records. The Platinum enhancement to the search page will be available, beginning on January 15th, 2016.
• New Issuances for HMBS Pools will be available on the search page beginning with January 2016 New Issuances.
