Ginnie Mae is providing this reminder for Platinum Pool Disclosures on the Disclosure Data Download page:

• As referenced in the July 3rd Disclosure Bulletin, Ginnie Mae is no longer providing Platinum Pool information in the MBS Portfolio file (“monthly_YYYYMM.zip”). The December 2015 “monthly_201512.zip” file, published on January 15th, 2016 (and subsequent “monthly_YYYYMM.zip” files) will not contain Platinum Pool information. Platinum Disclosure files (the Platinum Enhanced Pool file, published as “platmon_YYYYMM.zip” and the Platinum Collateral file, published as “platcoll_YYYYMM.zip”) will continue to be published on the Disclosure Data Download page. Users of this data may see limited Weighted Average Remaining Maturity (WARM) and Weighted Average Loan Age (WALA) differences of one month.
