2015-029: Discontinuing the Factor A MIP Ancillary File Bulletin Description

​Ginnie Mae began to disclose the Factor A MIP Ancillary File in order to provide statistics on Multiple Issuer Pools (MIPs) that have blank Remaining Principal Balances (RPBs). Ginnie Mae now also produces the Factor A Additional file, which provides the percentage of the MIP factor complete. Because of the duplicative nature of the two files, the Factor A MIP Ancillary File is being discontinued.

 
The final Factor A MIP Ancillary File, currently published monthly on the Disclosure Data Download page as "factorAAnc_YYYYMM.txt", will be published on November 6th 2015 (with October 2015 data). For questions related to this bulletin, please send an email to investorinquiries@hud.gov.
