Ginnie Mae is making available revisions to the HECM Mortgage-Backed Securities (HMBS) disclosure file layouts and related data dictionaries for disclosure of Pool-Level and Loan-Level information:

• HMBS Enhanced Monthly Pool Disclosure Layout, version 4.1
• HMBS Enhanced Monthly Pool Disclosure Definitions, version 4.1
• HMBS Loan Level Disclosure File Layout, version 2.1
• HMBS Loan Level Disclosure Definitions, version 2.1

The disclosure file formats and data dictionaries are being revised to reflect the renaming of the “Periodic Interest Rate Change Cap” field to “Annual Interest Rate Change Cap”.

Ginnie Mae is targeting April 2015 for implementation of the HMBS Enhanced Monthly Pool Disclosure file and the HMBS Loan Level Disclosure File (monthly portfolio).

A test file will be available in the first quarter of 2015.
