Ginnie Mae is making available a one-time disclosure of all Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) terminated pools from 1979 through May 2014 for early pool terminations and pool terminations due to maturity. Only pools that meet Ginnie Mae’s standards for data quality are included in this file and therefore the disclosure file will not contain some very old terminated pools that do not meet Ginnie Mae’s standards.

After this initial one-time release, a disclosure file pertaining to early pool terminations and terminations due to maturity will be published quarterly.
