Discontinuing the Legacy Pool-Level Disclosure Files

​As announced in the MBS and HMBS Ginnie Mae Disclosure Bulletins dated March 31, the Legacy Disclosure New Issuance and Portfolio Pool-Level files will be produced for a period of three months (April, May, and June data).  This is the schedule for the final Legacy Disclosure files posted to the Legacy Disclosure Data Download page:

The entire Legacy Disclosure Data Download page will be removed on August 8th. 
 
The official/latest versions of MBS (version 2.1) and HMBS (version 4.2) Pool-Level disclosure files have been published to the Disclosure Data Download page since April 2015 and will continue to be available from that page going forward.
