As announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2021-028, Ginnie Mae is providing a test file for testing purposes. One full size production monthly file, “test-llpaymhist_202104.zip”, is provided with April 2021 data on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page.

The Production Implementation Date for this file on the Disclosure Data Download Files page remains as June 14th, 2021. The monthly production schedule for MBS Loan Payment History File is the 10th Business Day at 6 PM.
