The April 2021 Forbearance Disclosure postings, due by 6:00PM tonight, have been placed on hold pending additional Issuer/Servicer reporting. Ginnie Mae does not expect the files to be posted on schedule and does not have an ETA for the posting of Pool Level (plmonforb_202104.zip) or Loan Level (llmonforb_202104.zip).

When the files are posted and available, Ginnie Mae will provide another Disclosure Bulletin announcing that the files are available. Pool Level and Loan Level Forbearance files will be posted at the same time.
