Ginnie Mae is announcing a revision to the existing LOAN LEVEL FORBEARANCE SUPPLEMENTAL Disclosure File beginning in the first quarter of 2021. The change is to the Forbearance Exit Codes (“F” Record, Field 9), with revised definitions and an additional new code value. These revised values reflect enhanced reporting from Ginnie Mae Issuers/Servicers. The updated Loan Level Forbearance Supplemental File Layout, Version 1.1, has been updated accordingly and is attached. There is no significant file layout change to the file, just a change to the revised values.

It is anticipated that the implementation for layout version 1.1 will be first quarter 2021. A subsequent disclosure bulletin will announce the actual implementation date.
