Ginnie Mae is correcting the reported HMBS Prospective Interest Rate for 13 HMBS pools for the June 2019 Reporting Period (data released on the 6th Business Day of July). The corrections apply only to specific pool records in the July 6th Business Day “factorB2_201906.zip” file and the July 6th Business Day “hmonthlyenh_201906.zip” file. The 13 pools and the corrected Prospective Interest Rate are listed below. There are no other changes.
