Ginnie Mae is announcing the disclosure of Multifamily Prepayment Penalty data, with an initial one-time file, and monthly files thereafter.

The one-time file, “mfpppot_201810.txt”, will include all multifamily pool prepayment penalties that were made during the September 2001 through September 2018 reporting periods. This file will be published directly to the Disclosure Data History page, under the “One Time Files” menu selection.

The monthly file, “mfpppmon_yyyymm.txt”, will include a single month’s multifamily pool prepayment penalties, and will be published to the Disclosure Data Download page on the 6th business day each month. Ginnie Mae anticipates publishing the monthly file beginning November 2018.
