Responding to feedback received related to recent Disclosure bulletins, Ginnie Mae is improving the release schedule for:

  • An existing file, the MBS New Issuance Pool Daily file and
  • A new set of files, Platinum New Issuance Pool Daily (Enhanced and Collateral)

Starting with New Issuance Daily Disclosures in May 2017, the Future Schedule release for the following files on the Disclosure Data Download page will be on the Next Calendar Day, 6:00 AM:

Previous Disclosure bulletins had announced the Future Schedule as Next Business Day, 6:00 AM. All other disclosure files will remain on a business day release schedule.
