Executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government and certain financial markets will be closed Thursday, January 9th in honor of President James Earl Carter, Jr.  While Ginnie Mae's offices will be closed, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Fedwire Services and Ginnie Mae's Pool Processing Agent, the​ Bank of New York Mellon, and the RFS investor reporting support group will be open.  All issuer investor reporting, pooling and issuance activity, and capital markets data disclosure activity will remain on the normal schedule.​
