Ginnie Mae is providing HMBS Portfolio Platinum Pool/Security and Pool Supplemental Disclosure test files for testing purposes. A full-size HMBS monthly Platinum Pool/Security disclosure file, "test-hplatmonPS_202407.zip" and a full-size HMBS monthly Platinum Pool Supplemental disclosure file "test-hplatmonS_202407.zip", are provided with July 2024 period data on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page. 

The revised monthly portfolio Platinum Pool/Security and Pool Supplemental file disclosures will replace the current format monthly disclosures on the Disclosure Data Download Files on the 8th business day of December, and ​reflect November 2024 period data. The New Issuance disclosures will not contain the Low and Moderate Income or the Rural Area stratification records. 

Ginnie Mae intends to continue the production of the legacy HMBS Platinum Pool Disclosure Version 1.1 files for a period of 3 months, while also producing the new stratification record files.
