As announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2024-030 and Bulletin 2024-032, Ginnie Mae is providing both MBS SF and HMBS Portfolio Pool Supplemental Disclosure test files for testing purposes. A full-size MBS SF monthly Pool Supplemental disclosure file, “test-monthlySFS_202408.zip” and a full-size HMBS monthly Pool Supplemental disclosure file “test-hmonthlyS_2024008.zip”, are provided with August 2024 period data on the Disclosure New Relea​se Test File Download page. 

The revised monthly portfolio Pool Supplemental file disclosures will replace the current format monthly disclosures on the Disclosure Data Download Files on October 8th. The New Issuance disclosures do not contain the new Rural Area stratification record.
