In Bulletin 2024-038, Ginnie Mae provided a new layout document for the HMBS Platinum Pool Disclosure related to Rural Area data. That layout contained a field numbering error in the Pool/Security record, and an incorrect field type description for Field 6 of the HECM Saver stratification record (Record Type 10).

Both errors have been corrected in the attached file layout; the version number remains as 2.2.
