Ginnie Mae has created a new Analytics Page for each Single-Family pool that details the social and environmental impacts identified from Ginnie Mae's guaranty program. The composite page will be expanded to include low-to-moderate borrower income and Rural Area data in the fourth quarter of the year.

The Composite Analytics page can be accessed by selecting Composition > Composite Statistic from the left-hand menu of the search results page.
