Previously in Bulletin 2024-019, Ginnie Mae announced the new Ginnie Mae HMBS Platinum Disclosure LMI and Pipe Delimited File Layout version 2.0.

Subsequent to that Bulletin, there have been revisions to the stratified Record Types/Numbers in order to consistent with those used in the HMBS Pool Disclosures (Monthly Portfolio and New Issuance).  Additionally revisions were made to indicate that Record Type “01" is not used in HMBS Platinum disclosure.
