As announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2024-007, Ginnie Mae provided HMBS Portfolio Pool Disclosure test files for testing purposes. A full-size monthly disclosure file, “test-hmonthlyPS_202401.zip” and a full-size monthly disclosure file “test-hmonthlyS_202401.zip”, were provided with January 2024 period data on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page.

Please note that the original test files have been replaced with new files in order to correct a data rounding issue evident in the Quartiles records. Users are encouraged to download the updated files.
