Effective as of June 30, 2023, Ginnie Mae accepted the resignation of the Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee, and accepted the appointment of U.S. Bank National Association as successor Trustee for the referenced REMIC trusts listed in Schedule A attached.
