​As announced in Disclosure Bulletin 2023-032, Ginnie Mae is providing HMBS Portfolio Pool Disclosure test files for testing purposes. A full-size monthly disclosure file, “test-hmonthlyPS_202311.zip" and a full-size monthly disclosure file “test-hmonthlyS_202311.zip", are provided with November 2023 period data on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page.

Please note that the file layout has been modified slightly since Bulletin 2023-032 was published.  A “Number of Participations" field (field 8) was added to the HMBS Pool Supplemental File Record Type 13 “Two Field Value" Stratification Common Record format.  The revised format is attached.

The Production Implementation Date for the stratified-record format HMBS Pool Disclosure files (reflecting December 2023 period data) on the Disclosure Data Download Files page remains as the 6th Business Day of January, 2024.
