Last month Ginnie Mae reported that certain MBS disclosures may have been impacted by Mr. Cooper’s cybersecurity incident. Mr. Cooper has informed Ginnie Mae it has completed its MBS reporting reconciliations, and any adjustments will be passed through in their December reporting. Pool factors reported in November remain unchanged.
