In Bulletin 2023-005, Ginnie Mae announced that it is replacing the GNMA HMBS Pool Disclosure, Version 4.4 with HMBS Pool Level Disclosure Version 5.0.
Due to replanning, the previously announced date for the availability of Test Files and the Implementation Date have changed.

The test files will be announced in a separate bulletin and will be made available on the Disclosure New Release Test File Download page.
Ginnie Mae intends to continue the production of the legacy, HMBS Pool Disclosure, Version 4.4 files for a period of 3 months, while also producing the new stratification record files.
The new, HMBS Pool Level Disclosure V5.0, files will be added to the Disclosure Data Download Files page and the legacy files will be moved to the Legacy Disclosure Files page. After the 3 month “overlap” period, the legacy file production will stop, and only the new files will be produced.
