Ginnie Mae is pleased to announce the release of Disclosure Plus, an advanced new search tool designed to enhance the transparency and accessibility of data related to Ginnie Mae’s mortgage-backed securities (MBS).

Disclosure Plus is a brand new platform that streamlines the search process for disclosure data and provides investors with real-time access to critical information about Ginnie Mae MBS. With Disclosure Plus, users can easily view and analyze data related to pool performance, empowering them to make more informed investment decisions. With this initial release of Disclosure Plus, users will be able to query the MBS Single Family Portfolio Pool Security file, allowing them to create and download customizable cuts of the Pool data.

Some of the key features of Disclosure Plus include:

• Real-time access to current monthly data on pool-level information, including WAC, security rates, RPB Factors, and more.
• Advanced filtering and search capabilities on all pool dimensions that enable users to quickly and efficiently locate specific data points.
• Ability to create customizable queries at multiple levels that help investors gain deeper insights into MBS performance.
