Ginnie Mae has enhanced its HMBS Document Search results on the Disclosure Data Search page with a new Historical Data view. This screen displays Security RPB, Factor, Security Interest Rate (WAC), Prospective WAC, and WALA by year and month for information starting with January 2014 data. Site users can copy or print the data from this view, as they would from any other Disclosure Data Search screen.

Instructions to access:

From the Disclosure Data Search home screen, enter a Pool ID or CUSIP number for any HMBS security into the Single Class/Multiclass Securities Search bar. From the Summary Screen navigate to the Historical Data tab near the bottom of the left sidebar menu underneath Composition. The historical data on this screen can be sorted by any of the data value columns.
